Point MetaWitness at an export — a folder, a .zip, a mounted path or a cloud bucket — and the guided wizard parses the metadata, links the transfer chains, transcribes the audio and lands it all in one searchable, tenant-isolated workspace.

A customer calls support, gets held, is transferred to billing, then conferenced with retention. Most systems leave you four unrelated audio files. MetaWitness links them by the vendor's own conversation ID into a single timeline you can play straight through.

When no correlation key exists, it falls back to a time-and-number heuristic and flags the grouping as inferred — so you always know how confident the link is.

Tenant isolation is a wall, not a filter.

Every customer is a hard isolation boundary enforced at the query layer — recordings, agents and searches for one tenant are simply unreachable from another, not just hidden in the UI.

Role-based access (Admin, Supervisor, Evaluator, Agent, Auditor) is scoped per tenant, and every state-changing action is written to an immutable audit trail.
