What we do

Six tracks. One team.

Each track is led by senior engineers who are also on call for the others. The wireless engineer knows the cybersecurity engineer. The cabling foreman knows what the NOC will need on day one.

Track 01

Cybersecurity
Prevent threats before they hit. OT-aware risk assessment, network hardening, segmentation.

  • OT / ICS threat modelling
  • Network segmentation design
  • Vulnerability remediation
  • Check Point STARS partnership

Track 02

Plant-floor assessment
Assess and manage plant-floor technology — passive SPAN / mirror discovery powered by LANAWARE.

  • OT network assessments
  • Passive discovery (preferred)
  • Config-based discovery (fallback)
  • Executive + technical reports

Track 03

Wireless engineering
Industrial site surveys, AP placement, co-channel resolution. Ekahau-certified. Detailed on the wireless page.

  • Passive site surveys
  • Active site surveys
  • Predictive design
  • AP placement & co-channel resolution

Track 04

Voice & video
Upgrade voice and video solutions across OT and corporate environments.

  • CUCM / Webex migrations
  • Video surveillance design
  • Cisco / Meraki MV integration

Track 05

Field services
Smart Hands installation, cabling, and configuration of IT / OT equipment. Coast-to-coast.

  • Physical install & configuration
  • Complete network cabling
  • Full cable testing & certification
  • Deployment support

Track 06

Managed services
Tier 1–3 support, 24/7 monitoring, and documentation through the in-house NOC / SOC.

  • Tier 1–3 support
  • 24/7 monitoring & response
  • Technical + executive docs
  • Network audit reports

Flagship offering

" Engineer for a Day" — on demand.

Enterprise industrial manufacturers use this when they need the expertise of a highly certified CM network engineer without the overhead of a full engagement. Book the day. We show up. Real work gets done.

Day-rate engagements run across cybersecurity, wireless, OT networking, Cisco IE / Meraki tuning, and incident assistance. Common starting point for new customers who want to test the engineering bench before committing to a larger scope.

NOC / SOC

An in-house NOC / SOC. Not outsourced.

The Completely Managed in-house Network Operations and Security Center is staffed and supported by our own engineering team. The people who monitor your environment can escalate to the people who built it._

24× 7 in-house operations

One handover. Not three.

A typical incident hits the NOC, gets triaged by a CM Tier-2 engineer, and escalates — if it needs to escalate — straight to the same architect who designed the segment. No phone tree. No vendor ping-pong. No "we'll have to open a case with our partner."

Monitoring is paired with documentation: every assigned customer environment has an up-to-date network audit on file, kept current by the NOC itself as part of normal ops.

Certifications & partnerships

Validated where it matters.

A certification only matters if the engineer who holds it answers your call. Every one of these is held by an active member of the CM engineering team.

Tell us what needs to happen.

One conversation usually surfaces whether the right starting point is a wireless survey, an OT assessment, or just an Engineer for a Day.
